What gave me the idea to make such an amazing deck such as this?
I made this deck because I was inspired by a discussion I had while deckbuilding at my LGS for the CTCG beta prerelease event.
"I hope no one bottom decks my Royce and all his Gears, that would fuck up my whole strat".
And that got me thinking. All the traget removal programs in this game are quite high cost. Les Elemens and WITS are both 5€$. But the best target removal however, (Don't Fear) The Reaper, is 7.
In my hand at the time was the only card I know of that can discount programs. Alt. A killer combo. And I already love Alt, so I decided to make a deck where I can use Alt to get out some target removal for cheap so I have a nice clean battlefield to steal some Gigs and have nothing to worry about defensively.

RULES TEXT:
Spend this Legend: Your next Program this turn plays for -1€$ for each friendly min Ggi, to a minimum of 1 €$.
1€$, Spend this Legend: Play a Program from your trash. Bottom-deck it after you play it. (You still pay it's cost.)
This deck hinges a lot around Pepe, so try not to get him killed. Use Sandevistan and such.
what you're going to want to do, is use Alt's first ability to discount programs, and get out some WITS and DFTR on any strong enemy Units you can't take out yourself.
Later in the game, you're going to have to use Pepe to reset Alt after using her discount, so you can then go ahead and cast those previous Programs from trash, if the enemy somehow still has a lot of strong units around.
In the case that you don't have Pepe, there is the option of using Overwatch on a Unit. This can net you the same effect as WITS, but for just 1 eddie, and spending that Unit, this should only be used on a unit that can't be killed with one of your existing units. Which should be unlikely, but the option is there.
There's no point in killing of your enemy's units if you're not going to attack the Gig Zone. You're going to have a lot of defensive units with Westbrook Netrunner and Rita Wheeler, only take out enemy units that threaten your defence. I feel like I'm repeating myself - just play smart. You should always be attacking the gig zone, but if you can take unit and steal a gig in the same turn, absolutely do that. If your gig zone is under threat, and your defensive units have been taken out, use your defensive Programs.
Here's a priority chart:
Attack their Gig Zone > Enemy Units (Via your units (try to avoid trades when you can)) > Defending Your Gig Zone (with your units (not spending blocker / playing Westbrook Netrunner)) > Programs (WITS / DFTR) or Overwatch
It might seem strange to have a deck built around having a strong last line of defence, but if I wasn't weird I wouldn't be here.
At the moment no edits to the deck have been made, but I might look for a way to get TNO in there so I can get more Min Gigs. Peace Offering requires there to be an already existing Min Gig. Also there are only 2 of them in the deck, but functionally there are 4 with Alt's second ability.
I might also decide to remove Psycho Squad from the deck as I already have a few 6 power units and a lot of 4 cost cards
Right now I don't feel that there's any more information need for this deck. Maybe that will change as I test it out.
